Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when FC Rattle may offer a refund, credit, or reschedule for playing slot bookings, event registrations, and merchandise purchases made through FC Rattle’s official channels.
1) Scope
This policy applies only to purchases made via FC Rattle’s official website and official payment links/channels. It does not cover transactions made through third parties or unofficial resellers.
2) Playing Slots & Event Registrations
All bookings are generally final. Refunds are limited because slots are capacity-based and reserved in advance.
A. Eligible for Refund / Credit (FC Rattle Cancellation)
You may be eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule if FC Rattle cancels your session/event due to:
- venue unavailability,
- safety reasons (including extreme weather or field conditions),
- operational issues,
- minimum participant requirements not met,
- force majeure.
What you’ll receive: FC Rattle may offer (at our discretion):
- Reschedule to the next available slot, or
- Store credit for a future booking, or
- Refund to the original payment method.
B. Not Eligible (Change of Mind / Personal Reasons)
Refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind,
- personal schedule conflicts,
- inability to attend,
- transportation issues,
- late arrival.
C. No-Show & Late Arrival
No-show: booking is forfeited and non-refundable.
Late arrival: access may be limited or forfeited based on match flow, and remains non-refundable.
D. Reschedule Requests (Discretionary)
We may allow a reschedule if:
- you notify FC Rattle in advance, and
- a replacement slot is available.
Approval is not guaranteed and may include administrative conditions (e.g., one-time reschedule, deadline rules, or credit-only).
3) Merchandise (Jersey / Apparel / Goods)
A. Wrong Item / Defective Item
If you receive the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, FC Rattle may offer:
- replacement (subject to stock), or
- store credit, or
- refund (if replacement is unavailable).
B. Not Eligible
Refunds/exchanges are typically not provided for:
- wrong size selection by customer,
- normal wear and tear,
- minor color differences due to lighting/screens,
- damage caused after delivery.
4) Payment Fees & Processing Time
Some payment providers may charge non-refundable processing fees; where applicable, these may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund processing times depend on your payment method/provider.
5) How to Request a Refund
- Send a message with the subject: “REFUND REQUEST – FC Rattle” and include:
- Full name used in booking/order
- Booking/order ID (or proof of payment)
- Date and item/session purchased
- Reason for request
- Supporting evidence (if relevant)
6) Fraud Prevention
FC Rattle reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our records.
