These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FC Rattle’s website and services, including slot bookings, event registrations, and merchandise purchases (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

DEFINITIONS
  • “FC Rattle”, “we”, “us”: The FC Rattle community and its official operators.
  • “User”, “you”: Any visitor, member, or customer using the Services.
  • “Booking”: Reservation of a playing slot, session, or match participation.
  • “Event”: Any FC Rattle activity, league, tournament, or training session.
  • “Merchandise”: Jerseys and gear sold through FC Rattle.
ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You confirm that all information provided is accurate and current. FC Rattle reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend access if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

BOOKINGS

Bookings are confirmed only after successful checkout and receipt of confirmation from FC Rattle. Slot availability is updated in real-time and subject to change. You are responsible for arriving on time and following all match rules and venue guidelines. FC Rattle reserves the right to manage team assignments and match formats to ensure fair play.

PAYMENTS

Prices and inclusions for each Booking, Event, or Merchandise are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; FC Rattle does not store full card details. We may cancel any booking or order if payment fails or is reversed.

REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, & NO-SHOWS
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your slot without a refund.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and FC Rattle’s discretion.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for personal schedule conflicts or failure to attend.

If FC Rattle cancels a session, we may offer a reschedule, credit, or refund at our discretion.

EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

FC Rattle may modify or cancel schedules due to weather, venue conditions, safety concerns, or low participation. Changes will be communicated via our website or official channels.

CONDUCT, SAFETY, & FAIR PLAY
  • Respect other participants, staff, referees, and venue personnel.
  • Refrain from violence, harassment, discrimination, or dangerous play.
  • Follow all FC Rattle rules, referee decisions, and safety protocols.
  • Not bring prohibited items to any FC Rattle activity.

FC Rattle may temporarily or permanently ban users for misconduct without refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Sports activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC Rattle is not liable for injuries, health incidents, lost personal property, or third-party actions outside our reasonable control.

MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY, & CONTENT

FC Rattle may capture photos and videos during activities for promotional purposes. All media published by FC Rattle remains our property. You may request the removal of an image featuring you on our official channels via our Privacy Policy. We cannot control content uploaded by third parties.

MERCHANDISE TERMS

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur. Orders are subject to stock availability and may be canceled with a refund if items are unavailable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and official channels—including logos, designs, and media—is owned by or licensed to FC Rattle and may not be used without prior permission.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our Services or use them for fraudulent purposes.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may reference third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, venues). FC Rattle is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
